The Gynecologist specializes in diagnosis and treatment of women's health issues dealing with the female reproductive system (uterus, vagina, ovaries). The main conditions dealt with by tech gynecologist include cancer and pre-cancerous diseases of the reproductive organs and the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, vagina and vulva; incontinence of urine; absent menstrual periods; painful menstrual and heavy menstrual periods; hysterectomy; and prolapse of pelvic organs.
